2. Products and Services
Chethu Creations sells products including:
- Customized and personalized gifts
- Photo frames, mugs, cushions and printed products
- Electronic items, gadgets and accessories
- Studio, printing and related products or services
Product photographs are provided for reference. Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, printing methods, available materials or manufacturing variations.
Accessories or decorative objects shown in product photographs are not included unless specifically mentioned in the product description.
3. Customer Accounts
You may need to create an account or provide contact information to place an order. You are responsible for:
- Providing correct and complete information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Ensuring that your delivery address and telephone number are accurate
- Informing us promptly about unauthorized account activity
We are not responsible for delivery failures or other losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
4. Customized and Personalized Orders
Customers must provide clear and accurate customization instructions, including names, photographs, text, dates, colours, sizes and other required details.
The customer is responsible for checking spelling, dates, names and design details before approving a preview or placing the order. Once production has started, customization details ordinarily cannot be changed.
Where a digital preview is provided, production may begin after customer approval. Approval through the website, email or WhatsApp will be treated as authorization to proceed.
Small differences in colour, positioning, cropping, brightness, dimensions or finishing may occur during printing and production and will not be considered defects when they are within reasonable production tolerances.
5. Customer-Uploaded Photographs and Content
By uploading photographs, logos, text, artwork or other material, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it
- Its use does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
- The content is not unlawful, abusive, obscene or misleading
- You authorize Chethu Creations to use it only as reasonably necessary to complete your order
We may reject or cancel an order containing unlawful, offensive, infringing or unsuitable material.
Customer files may be retained temporarily for order processing, reprinting, customer support and recordkeeping. Their handling is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST, delivery charges, customization charges and other fees will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
We may correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide the option to accept the corrected price or receive a refund.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment verification, confirmation of product availability and approval of customization details where applicable.
We may cancel an order because of:
- Product or material unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or website errors
- Failed or suspicious payments
- Invalid delivery information
- Unlawful customization requests
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Payments
Payments may be accepted through the payment methods displayed during checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery where available, or other approved methods.
Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Chethu Creations does not ordinarily store complete card or banking credentials.
If an amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference. Refund timing for failed transactions may depend on the bank or payment provider.
9. Order Cancellation
Non-customized products
A cancellation request may be accepted if the product has not been packed, dispatched or specially procured.
Customized products
Customized or personalized orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled after design work or production has started. If production has not started, we may accept cancellation after deducting payment-processing, design or administrative costs already incurred.
Chethu Creations may nevertheless provide a replacement, correction or refund where required by applicable consumer law.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by location, courier operations, weather, holidays, product availability, customization approvals or circumstances outside our control.
Customers must provide a complete and serviceable delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be resent because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or refusal of delivery.
Ownership and risk in the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery, subject to applicable law.
Customers should inspect the package at delivery. If a package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, record photographs or an unboxing video and contact us promptly.
11. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Customized products
Because customized products are created specifically for an individual customer, returns or refunds are not available merely because of a change of mind, dislike of an approved design, spelling supplied incorrectly by the customer or other customer-provided errors.
However, please contact us if a customized product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Materially defective
- Incorrectly produced compared with the approved customization
- Different from the confirmed product ordered
Electronics and non-customized products
Return or replacement eligibility for electronics and other non-customized goods depends on the product condition, applicable manufacturer policy, warranty terms and mandatory consumer rights.
To report a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product, contact us preferably within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video, where reasonably available
- Invoice or proof of purchase
The 48-hour reporting request helps us investigate courier damage and does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
After verification, we may arrange a repair, correction, replacement, refund or another legally appropriate remedy. Returned products must include their original packaging, accessories, manuals and serial-number labels wherever applicable.
Products damaged through misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, liquid exposure, improper installation or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement unless covered by a separate warranty.
Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
12. Electronics Warranty
Electronic products may carry a manufacturer or seller warranty as specified on the product page, invoice or warranty card. Warranty periods and coverage differ between products.
Customers may need to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service centre for warranty service. Chethu Creations will provide reasonable assistance where applicable but cannot extend or alter a manufacturer’s warranty.
A warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, voltage fluctuations, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, improper installation or normal wear unless the applicable warranty expressly provides otherwise.
13. Product Availability
Products, colours, sizes, designs and electronic models are subject to availability. We may substitute a material or component only after informing the customer when the substitution materially affects the order.
We do not guarantee that every product displayed online will remain continuously available.
14. Promotions and Coupons
Discounts, coupons and promotional offers are governed by their stated conditions. Unless expressly permitted:
- Offers cannot be combined
- Coupons have no cash value
- Offers may be restricted to selected products or customers
- Expired coupons will not be accepted
- Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed
15. Intellectual Property
The Chethu Creations name, website design, original photographs, graphics, product descriptions and other original website content belong to Chethu Creations or their respective licensors.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, republished or commercially used without written permission.
Third-party product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
16. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Submit false reviews, orders or payment information
- Copy or misuse website content
- Interfere with website security or operation
We may restrict access or cancel orders associated with prohibited conduct.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, couriers, social-media platforms and manufacturer websites.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Chethu Creations is not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chethu Creations will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery or product use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective goods, unfair trade practices, fraud, wilful misconduct or negligence where applicable.
19. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, strikes, transport interruptions, government restrictions, power failures, internet outages or courier disruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and complete or resolve their orders.
20. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law. Customers should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information or photographs.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to customers’ rights to approach the appropriate consumer commission or other legally competent authority, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolar District, Karnataka.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services, policies or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not unfairly reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.
